FAR 61.39 (a)(6)(ii) prepared for practical test, FAR 61.39 (a)(6)(iii) knowledge test deficiencies
FAR 61.105 (b) “Received and Logged” or “Home-Study Course” completion document
FAR 61.107 (b) “Received and Logged” Ground training
Solo and Cross Country Endorsements in the logbook.
FAR 61.87(n) 90 day Solo Endorsement in Logbook (must be current)

Flight Time (40 Hours)
Flight Instruction Received (20 Hours)
Solo in airplanes (10 Hours) Cross Country Instruction Received (3 Hours)
Cross Country Solo (5 Hours total) with a cross-country of 150 NM total, full stop landings @3 points, 1 segment must consist of a straight-line distance of more than 50 NM between the takeoff and landing locations

Night Instruction Received (3 Hours) including X-country of over 100 NM
Night Take-offs & Landings to a full stop (10)

You may fly the aircraft to the exam once you receive a solo endorsement as specified in the above reference.
